PHD Terrace is located on the 15th and 16th floors of the hotel with two full service bars, a state of the art sound system and impeccable views of Times Square and Midtown Manhattan.

Upon entering the space guests have the option of visiting either floor and enjoying the Independence Day festivities.

PHD Terrace is a very intriguing option if you’re looking to do something for the 4th of July 2022. It is somewhat new, but it does not disappoint in any which way. If you’ve never heard of PHD Terrace it is located within Dream New York. Doors open around 4 p.m. to let you into one of the hottest spots in all of New York. One cool thing is they’ll also be broadcasting the Macy’s fireworks show, so don’t worry if you wanted to watch the festivities you can.

The design of PhD Terrace is honestly really cool it is a mix between modern contemporary and a hint of nature thrown in there.  one of the first things you’ll notice is the amount of greenery that you’ll see one up in the Terrace. I know most of you are thinking about green on that day but we expect to see all of you 4th of July wearing your red white and blue. It is also located in Midtown so that usually makes it pretty easy to get to from most New Yorkers and people traveling about. There are not many better ways to honor your country by celebrating at PhD Terrace. Make sure you get your tickets before they all sell out. See you there.

From the team that brought you Ava Rooftop Lounge (Ric Addison and Stephen Daly,) comes one of NYC’s newest sensations, Monarch Rooftop Lounge. This 5,000 sq foot indoor and outdoor space is the place to be this Halloween. Perched on the 18th floor, right off of NYC’s Herald Square.

The indoor-outdoor bar is equal parts Nordic- (hand-washed wood panels, Terrazzo tiles, raw iron columns) and Manhattan-chic (black Tom Dixon pendant lights, deep sofas, exposed brick) with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors separating the spaces. Worried it will be a cold night this Halloween night, think again, we’ve covered and heated up the outdoor terrace to give you the best indoor / outdoor party experience the city has to offer.
