Event Description
Join us for this unique Independence Day tradition that the owners of FourthofJulyParties.com have started years ago for NYC’s Cigar community. As big cigar aficionados in New York, our owners started a unique get together for the community where every 3rd of July they would kick off the holiday doing what they love to do in their downtime while combining it with what they normally do at work (throwing kick ass events!)
The Venue
The Cigar Rooftop Party is hosted on an enclosed rooftop in Long Island City at 38-28 27th Street, near the Boro Hotel. The canopy-enclosed space provides a weather-protected outdoor feel while keeping the party comfortable regardless of conditions. This is a unique, community-driven event created by the owners of FourthofJulyParties.com as an annual July 3rd tradition for NYC's cigar community. The intimate rooftop setting accommodates a curated crowd of cigar aficionados, nightlife regulars, and guests kicking off the holiday weekend.

What's the dress code for the Cigar Rooftop Party?
Smart casual to summer casual. This is a relaxed cigar lounge atmosphere on a rooftop, not a nightclub. Come comfortable but presentable.
Is there a view of the Macy's fireworks from the Cigar Rooftop?
This is a July 3rd event, the night before the fireworks. The Macy's display is not part of this event. The rooftop does offer views of the Manhattan skyline from Long Island City.
What's included with my Cigar Rooftop ticket?
Admission to the rooftop party with DJ entertainment. Pizza and food selections are available for purchase. Cigars are sponsored by Davidoff. Check your ticket tier for specific inclusions.
What time should I arrive at the Cigar Rooftop Party?
Doors open at 6pm. This is a more intimate gathering, so arriving early gets you settled in before the energy builds.
Is the Cigar Rooftop an indoor or outdoor venue?
The rooftop is enclosed by a canopy, giving it an open-air feel with weather protection. It's an outdoor party without the weather risk.
