PHD Rooftop atop the Dream Downtown is where Chelsea kicks off Fourth of July weekend a night early. On the 3rd, the rooftop turns into the kind of party the neighborhood is known for: expertly crafted cocktails, DJs running the night, and a crowd of trendsetters who came out to actually go out. The Venue

PHD Rooftop is the haute rooftop nightclub and lounge perched atop the Dream Downtown hotel in Chelsea. Open-air terraces, multiple bars, and a serious sound system come with sweeping city skyline views from its Hudson-facing perch.
