The Fleur Room is a dazzling rooftop lounge on the 35th floor of Moxy Chelsea, and on the Fourth of July it turns into one of the best-looking parties in the city. Lush floral installations, a retractable glass roof that opens to the night sky, and 360-degree views from the Empire State Building to the Statue of Liberty. The Venue
The Fleur Room sits on the 35th floor of Moxy Chelsea at 105 West 28th Street, operated by Tao Group Hospitality and designed by Rockwell Group. The glass-enclosed lounge features botanically inspired interiors with rich floral fabrics, a copper-clad bar, a water droplet chandelier, and a massive vintage disco ball salvaged from the infamous LA club Vertigo. At the touch of a button, the glass walls retract to transform the space into an open-air sky veranda with 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline, the Empire State Building, and the Statue of Liberty. Open Tuesday through Saturday, the Fleur Room has been one of Chelsea's most sought-after nightlife destinations since opening in 2019.
